Villa Konak is reconstructed on the site of an old Turkish mansion centrally located on the oldest part of Kusadasi. Villa Konak is designed to be a remote & relaxing atmosphere despite of it's proximity (100mt, down the hill) to the town centre. When you finish walk uphill to the Konak, you'll see it's worth to walk...
From the 100 year old well with an original water pump to the traditional bread oven, you will experience a unique traditional Turkish life style.
From this relaxing atmosphere, the only thing you need to do is to chose the beach you want to enjoy and take a short walk for 200mt for the closest or to make a bus journey for 20 minutes for the farest to reach one of the best preserved beaches in Turkey located in the National Park.
You can also enjoy the colourful night life of Kusadasi within minutes of walking distance in the town centre.

"Rooms"
There are 22 rooms in designed with the style and feel of the Konak (Old Ottoman mansion). Rooms are renovated & refurbished by the end of 2004.
Each room is decorated with a different style to present the cultural variety in Turkey.
Rooms do not have numbers but names from Greek & Anatolian mythology like Didyma, Ephesus, etc. And to create a relaxed and comfortable environment we have used wood floors and traditional textile reflecting traditional flavors.
For your comfort every room offers 700 channel satelite TV, mini bar, air conditioners, hair dryers, internet access service as well as a comfortable bathrooms and ceiling fans. All bathrooms to carry a different design just like the rooms.

"Garden"
To complete the atmosphere at Konak, we have created a lovely garden with orange and lemon trees under the shade of a magnificient magnolia tree where the scents of jasmine and melisa trees are joining this harmony for a cosy afternoon sleep.
You will find several relaxing areas within this colourful garden. (such as very old Ottoman house terrace, sofas under magnolia tree...)
