Villa Konak Hotel

Villa Konak is My Home. I was born and raised in old Building inVilla Konak. My family has been living in this building for almost 200 years. Following a professional career in Management & Finance, I got retired in 2000. These days, it’s our passion with my wife to offer our guests the tranditional Turkish life sytle with a hint of history & culture with an ambition to revive the family tradition. Since we started this journey, we have baught a number of houses around the Villa and refurbished them. This is how Villa Konak came to life.

To create a simple yet comfortable & stylish athmosphere, we’ve furnished the communal areas & garden with tranditional furnitures enriched with hammock chairs, sofa beds and sunloungers. All our rooms are air conditioned together with ceiling fans. We have comfortable beds and bathrooms with shower, sattelite TVs and minibars.

We’ve got an on-site cafeteria serving open buffet breakfast and some snacks. Complimentary 5 o'clock tea is offered with fresh cookies to replicate traditional Turkish lifestye. Water, tea and coffee facilities are provided free of charge throughout the day.
Villa Konak is in the historic residential area of Kuşadası, 5 minutes’ walk from the vibrant town Centre despite of it’s tranquil ambience. Villa Konak has easy access to Ephesus, one of the largest archaeological sites in the world and is close to other Greek-Roman historical sites such as Priene.
